Renaissance Dance

Want to have and get in shape! Then join us for Renaissance Dance or 'Belly Dance' is the best form of exercise and does not require a 'perfect' figure or youth to enjoy and perform. Learn basic belly dance moves while improving your flexibility and strengthening your core, back, abs and bones. It is feminine yet powerful. The focus of this class will be on exercises that improve health and beauty for women of all ages.
