    Drivers Education Classes and Behind the Wheel Training

    This complete Drivers Education program consists of 30 hours of classroom instruction and 6 hours of behind the wheel training. Behind-the-wheel instruction will be scheduled individually and directly with Wreck-Less Driving Academy. Students must attend all 30 hours. Any missed classes must be made up in future sessions (at any Wreck-Less location). Students will receive a completion certificate once all 30 hours are complete. Eligible Students must be 14 1/2 years old before the first day of class. You will receive a welcome email with additional registration instructions from Wreck-Less 10 days before class begins. Contact wreck-less if you do not get the email. For Online Classes: Students MUST have the ability to print curriculum before class begins and the technology to attend class via Zoom with a camera and microphone. Parents and students will receive a welcome letter, Zoom information, curriculum and additional registration materials via email before class begins. Registration is not considered complete until required forms are received in the Wreck-Less office. Parents will need to provide a current email address and contact phone number upon registration.     Junior Golf Camp-Grades K-5

    Designed to instruct junior golfers on all aspects of the game, including rules, etiquette, safety, stance, grip and swing. Instruction will be on the driving range, practice green and chipping area. Students should bring their own clubs.
  • Pokemania STEAM Adventure- Grades 1-4

    Work on a stop-motion animated Pokémon-themed film. Pick your favorite characters to star in your mini-movie. The possibilities are endless! Students will build Pokémon-inspired sets and props to create an animated game and stop-motion short. Students will also participate in other Pokémon-related STEAM activities. Bring a USB drive on the last day. Students should have basic reading skills.
  • Video Production for YouTube- Grades 3-6

    Learn how to create YouTube content! Shoot videos, edit sound, and create an online presence with YouTube. In the first half of camp, learn the tricks pro filmmakers use for better shots, lighting, and sound. You will also learn to use our film editing software in a class project. Then, in the second half of camp, students will work on a group unboxing or product review video. Edit your video, add transitions and special effects, and insert a soundtrack. Finally, share your finished video with the world. Bring a USB drive (at least 8 GB) to save your video on the last day.Students should have basic reading skills
  • How to Use Uber for Transportation Independence - ONLINE

    Do you hate to drive in bad weather or when it's dark outside? Expand your transportation options and independence through the ride sharing service, Uber. In this class, you will learn the basics and gain the knowledge on how to use Uber. Learn to use Uber at major airports so that you can travel with confidence and without having to ask a friend for a ride, as well as other appointments and errands. Open up your travel options with this fun and engaging class! July 23rd, 12pm – 1pm CST Online through Zoom, you will get an email with the information and link. You have the option of attending the live class but will also get the recording to watch at another time.

    MHS MontiArts art club is for 9-12th grade students who attend Monticello High School. It is for students who are looking to create and learn various forms of art while in the company of peers. Students are encouraged to bring anything they are working on with many supplies available from MontiArts. (montiarts.com) There will be a variety of optional projects throughout the year (mural projects, card making, glow parade, etc) This activity takes place at the MontiArts building (349 W Broadway) in downtown Monticello. Bus transportation may or may not be available via High School Bus #75 which may at times be too full to drop students at art club on certain days. Students are encouraged to drive or find rides if possible/able.
