Wouldn't science class be more fun if you could EAT your experiments?? In this class you will be encouraged to play with your food, create with your food, and eat your experiments! All experiments will be edible, being brave enough to try them is a different challenge!
Evangeline Froelich, Monticello Special Education Teacher, formerly a FACS teacher. I started pioneering food science classes in the high school before I switched over to special education. I love sparking the interest of students and challenging them to take what they know and apply it in a fun and memorable way. Fun fact about me...I collect cats and cars and love to talk about both!
