Who doesn't have outgrown t-shirts from camps, school, or sports? So grab four to eight of your old t-shirts that bring back great memories. Get ready to snip, snip, snip! We will have fun learning sewing machine basics and creating your very own memory pillow! At the end of the week, you will go home with your pillow full of cherished memories!
Jaci Decker got her Bachelor of Arts in K-12 Vocal/General Music Education from the University of MN Twin Cities. She taught music in the St. Cloud School District for 4 years and decided to stay home with her children. For 20 years she has led the Children’s Choir at Riverside Church where she has put on several mini musicals. She has also led their Summer Production Boot Camp where they put on a musical with 1st-5th graders in a week every summer. For the past 19 years, she has run a piano studio out of her home. Jaci also accompanies choirs, directs music rehearsals for the high school musicals as well as substitute teaches in the Monticello School District. Jaci can often be heard saying that leading the kids choir and Production Boot Camp is her favorite thing to do besides being a wife to her fabulous husband and mom to her 4 children. Jaci had an aunt who sparked her interest in quilting at an early age and has made quilts for several family members over the years. She loves quilting and finds it to be something that is fun and therapeutic for her.
