If you have a competitive edge, determination and like trying new things- Come be the next NWTA survivor! Students will work independently and with groups to compete many challenges that require different skills. Along with challenges, students will need to have an open mind and create alliances (positively). To see who can "Outwit, Outlast, and Outplay", learning basic survival skill is going to be a necessity!

Hello! My name is Summer Schmidt, and I am a current 1st Grade teacher at Big Woods Elementary in St. Michael. I am an avid traveler and absolutely love immersing myself into all cultures. I have a Spanish minor, therefore have so much to share with students! I participated in a Survivor challenge where I made it to the last challenge. Some even called me "Sumvivor". I love to stay busy, which we will be doing all week. When I am not teaching, I love to read, go on walks, and bake with my family.
