In our exciting "Critter Quest: Adventures in Insectland!" course, kids will embark on a thrilling journey through the world of bugs! They'll start by creating their very own insect habitats, using recycled materials to mimic natural environments. Next, they'll participate in a "Bug Hunt," where they'll explore the outdoors to find and identify different species. To spark their curiosity, a real entomologist will visit to share fascinating stories and insights about the tiny creatures that share our planet. Finally, the kids will unleash their creativity by crafting colorful insect masks, turning them into their favorite bugs for a fun dress-up day!
My name is Mrs. Bozoian but my students call me Mrs.B because I love all things bees! I teach English Learners in Montrose with the BHM district and I love every minute of it. In my class we love going on adventures to our nature center and learning about the world around us. I live with my husband and little dog named Beans. When I am not teaching I am most likely outside finding insects or riding my horse!
