CALLING ALL Foodies... If you are wanting to try your hand and develop skills in the kitchen using different cooking and culinary tools while weaving in math, science, nutrition, and the joy of cooking, this is the class for you! Each day we’ll explore new techniques and recipes and, of course, sample our cooking! Students will leave at the end of the week with a book of all the recipes we’ve made. We hope to see you cooking up a storm this summer!
My name is Julie Stella and I teach 5th grade at Rogers Middle School. I live in Otsego with my husband and 2 teenage daughters. In my free time I love to read, paddleboard, garden, cook, and be outside with my pup, Remi. I love to create new recipes and am an adventurous eater. Every summer I look forward to cooking with students at NWTA!
