Girls Flag Football

Girls Flag Football is an exciting, fast-paced sport that combines athleticism with teamwork and strategy. The game involves two teams of girls who compete to advance the football down the field while avoiding defenders and working together to score touchdowns. Played without tackling, the focus is on agility, quick decision-making, and flag-pulling to stop the opposing team's progress. As the sport grows in popularity, it fosters empowerment, confidence, and camaraderie among young female athletes.

Practices will be on Wednesday Nights at 6:00-7:30 PM (April 16, 23, 30th and May 7, 14, 21, 28). Games will be played on Sunday Nights at 4:00PM (Regular Season: April 27, May 4, May 11, May 18; Playoffs: June 1)
