For HS girls looking to train in a challenging volleyball environment. Positional & skill specific training along with fast-paced competition will be the focus during these sessions . Participants are recommended to have had volleyball experience and be proficient in the basic skills of volleyball if registering for this class. Players should select one of the following positions while registering: defensive specialist, middle blocker, outside/right side hitter.
