Trips and Tours
Monticello Middle School will be presenting their annual musical this Spring in the form of the 20th century classic, The Wizard of Oz. Follow the story of Dorothy, a Kansas farm girl swept away by a tornado to the magical Land of Oz with her dog, Toto, where she must follow the Yellow Brick Road to the Emerald City to find the Wizard who can send her home. Along the way, she befriends a Scarecrow, a Tinman, and a Cowardly Lion, all while facing threats from the Wicked Witch of the West. Their journey is a quest to find what they all lack, discovering that the answers they seek might be within themselves, leading to surprising revelations about the powerful Wizard and the true meaning of home
