Calling all creative cooks! Each day begins with an announcement about your required ingredients. Kitchen teams will then work together to plan, prepare, and plate their unique and delicious dishes using the required ingredients and selected items from the pantry. Taste testers will score each team's product and declare a winner. Bring your creativity and appetite! This class is for chefs with experience in the kitchen. The kitchen is 'nut-aware'; however, due to safety reasons, we are unable to accommodate food allergies.
My name is Julie Stella, and I teach 5th grade at Rogers Middle School. I live in Otsego with my husband and two teenage daughters. In my free time, I love to read, paddleboard, garden, cook, and be outside with my pup, Remi. I love to create new recipes and am an adventurous eater. Every summer I look forward to cooking with students at NWTA!
