We’ll teach you how to combine just the right amount of cake crumbs and buttercream icing to create tasty cake pops in fun SUMMER colors FLOWER and BUG designs! You will learn to read a recipe & follow directions, how to melt candy melts and kitchen safety. At the end of this class you will bring home some beautifully decorated Cake Pops for your family!!

    Summer Preschool Program

    Your child is invited to join Ms. Alysha and Ms. Kris for five weeks this summer to help your child get ready for Kindergarten at Eastview. The goal of Summer Preschool is to provide extra support for students with a focus on Kindergarten readiness in social-emotional and academic skills. Summer Preschool is July 8 - Aug. 8, 2024, Monday - Thursday from 8:30a.m. - 3:00p.m. Snack will be provided. Please note: You will need to provide a cold lunch for your child, as well as transportation for your child. Parent Drop-off (8:15-8:30a.m.) and Pick-up (3:00 - 3:15p.m.) will take place in the back parking lot and students will enter in Door 5. There is no bus transportation provided. Also, students need to be fully toilet trained and 4 by Sept. 1, 2023. You can pay either in full at $699.00 or choose to pay in three payments with a $199.00 deposit and 2 payments of $250.00.   • Under The Sea Camp - Ages 4-6

    We will learn about what types of animals live in the ocean, sing songs, and make sea-life inspired creations! Come sing along, shake your shaker, and dance to songs about the sea! Meet new friends, learn and have fun! Ages 4-6 years old. Please bring a snack and water bottle. Early developmental skills are promoted for independent learning in this camp: Multi-media drawing and crafts Encourages critical thinking, Improves small motor skills, Enhances attention span, Group percussion instruction
  • Vase Decorating with Evie - Ages 8 and Up

    In this fun class you will be making a beautiful vase for flowers or to hold a candle. We will be using tissue paper to decorate the vase. All supplies and flame less candle are included. Evie Lamb is a class of 2024 graduate from Monticello. She has always enjoyed art and has had many pieces of her art on display in the school district art shows.
  • Video Production for YouTube- Grades 3-6

    Learn how to create YouTube content! Shoot videos, edit sound, and create an online presence with YouTube. In the first half of camp, learn the tricks pro filmmakers use for better shots, lighting, and sound. You will also learn to use our film editing software in a class project. Then, in the second half of camp, students will work on a group unboxing or product review video. Edit your video, add transitions and special effects, and insert a soundtrack. Finally, share your finished video with the world. Bring a USB drive (at least 8 GB) to save your video on the last day.Students should have basic reading skills

    In this fun class you will be making a beautiful abstract watercolor painting. We will use tape to make shapes and add watercolor paint to create a beautiful design. Evie Lamb is a class of 2024 graduate from Monticello. She has always enjoyed art and has had many pieces of her art on display in the school district art shows.

    Week Long Horse Camp for ages 6-18

    Boulder Pointe Equestrian WEEK-LONG DAY CAMP (Ages 6-15) TIME: Drop-off is at 9am and pickup is 3pm each day Monday through Friday. Sorry we do not allow parents to stay for the day. However there is a “show” for the parents Fridays of weeklong camps at 1:30pm! This is a great time to take pictures, watch your child ride and meet their horse they worked during the week. WHAT TO EXPECT: Campers will get to experience everyday life at a barn! Life in the barn will include activities such as; daily riding, learning how to braid manes and tails with ribbon, groom and care for the horses (including bathing) and care for them at the end of the day. This is a great time for campers to spend time outdoors and build lasting friendships with fellow horse lovers in a structured and positive environment. Campers are broken into smaller groups of similar riding experience, which is perfect for both the new and more experienced riders. At the end of the week, parents and family are invited to a performance to see what their camper has been learning! Please note that riding takes up about 1 hour per day in an arena, no trails and consist of learning to how to steer, stop, turn, and walk/trot on their own. Campers will spend time on the ground with horses throughout the rest of the day. WHAT DO CAMPERS NEED TO BRING? ● Long pants, closed toe shoes, appropriate clothes for weather inside/outside of the barn. ● No flip flops. ● Sunscreen/hat/bug spray ● Water bottle/drinks/snacks and a lunch ● Treats for the horses if you want ● Helmets are provided. WEATHER: Camps are held rain or shine,as we have an indoor barn and arena.   • Wild Animals Art & Nature Camp - Ages 7 and up

    Come learn how to draw wild animals native to Minnesota, such as fox, lynx, owls, and timberwolves. We’ll work with a variety of fine art materials while we learn about where they live, how to identify their tracks, and how to capture their characteristics. You will even get to make your very own wild animal mask to wear home!
  • You Are My Sunshine Painting with Evie - Ages 6 and Up
