  • Monticello Baseball Training Camp Gr. 7 & 8

    The Monticello High School Varsity Baseball coaches and players will be offering a six-session baseball camp for players within the Monticello school district. This camp will include hitting during every session, and will also include fundamentals of baseball skills, and position specific training taught at the varsity level. The camp will be for players in grades 7-8 and will take place once a week (Tuesday nights). Max participants per session is 20.
  • Pre-School T-Ball--Ages 4 & 5

    Pre-School T-Ball--Ages 4 & 5 Come learn to play like the big leaguers!  This 6-week activity will introduce preschoolers (must be 4 by June 3) to the game of T-ball and baseball using plastic bats and soft incrediballs. Games will rotate each week between 6 p.m. & 7 p.m.  Each game will last approximately 50 minutes. Parent or adult volunteers will be needed to head coach and assistant coach this program.  An informational/registration meeting with parents and coaches will be held on Thursday, May 9th at 6:15 p.m. in the High School East Lecture Room. When registering, please indicate willingness to coach. Player's need to bring a glove, all other equipment will be provided.  All players will receive a shirt and baseball hat. Register by Monday, May 13 to be guaranteed a t-shirts and hat.     Summer Sports Camp-gr. K & 1Summer Sports Camp is going to be a fun filled and exciting program of games and sport. Join your friends outside in the sun for a variety of games. We will be playing games like kickball, soccer, fun relay races, and baseball. All big group games will be an option at this camp and we will be switching up games often so there will always be a new activity to look forward to. Please bring water and wear proper attire. Cost: $15/3 sessions/Min: 6 Max: 20

    Summer Sports Camp-gr. 2-5 Summer Sports Camp is going to be a fun filled and exciting program of games and sport. Join your friends outside in the sun for a variety of games. We will be playing games like kickball, soccer, fun relay races, and baseball. All big group games will be an option at this camp and we will be switching up games often so there will always be a new activity to look forward to. Please bring water and wear proper attire. Cost: $15/3 sessions/Min: 6 Max: 20 
  • NFL Flag Football League-Grades 2-3 (2019/2020 School Year)

    NFL FLAG Football League Gr. 2-3 (2019/2020 School Year)In flag football, boys and girls 2nd through 7th grade will enjoy learning the ins and outs of a national pastime, just like Peyton and Eli Manning did as children. In this NFL sponsored league, kids will begin with a 20 minute practice and then a 40 minute game, each Saturday starting September 7th and ending with a tournament on October 12th. All participants will receive an NFL identified reversible jersey and official NFL FLAG football belt and flags. Interested parent volunteers will be asked to coach and be provided with coaching materials. An informational meeting will be held on September 7th at 11:30 am for all player and coaches. In accordance with official NFL FLAG football rules and regulations, all participants must wear a mouth guard and sign a waiver form. Football or soccer cleats are encouraged, however metal baseball cleats are not allowed.When: Saturdays, September 7th - October 12th.
