Monticello Girls Youth Lacrosse Camp - Gr. 1-8 (22/23 school year)
Monticello Girls Youth Lacrosse Camp - gr. 1-8 (use your 22/23 school year) All youths (grades 1 – 8, next fall) from beginners to experienced lacrosse players are invited to come and learn about lacrosse. Beginners will learn to scoop, catch, thrown, and shoot a lacrosse ball. They will also be instructed on the rules of the game. All beginning lacrosse youths are welcome. Sticks will be available to use for players new to the sport. No stick, no problem we will have some on hand. Experienced players will be involved in working out with high school players that will run them through more advanced drills and strategies. Location: Monticello High School Stadium Cost: $49 Each participant will receive a lacrosse shirt. Open to all Girls grades 1 – 8th. -
Monticello Strength & Speed Training (Football & Lacrosse Team)
Monticello Strength and Speed focuses on increasing human performance in all students grades 6-11 (21/22 school grades). This program is perfect for students looking to improve in any sport, as well as students who want to stay active over the summer. Register by June 12 to receive a t-shirt. Each program is tweaked to your specific sport. All programs will have 1/2 hour on turf, 1/2 hour in the weight room and 1/2 hour in the fieldhouse speed training. -
